Gina Marciano is truly a “takes care of everything” agent for selling real estate. We had multiple properties in a family partnership that needed to be sold. My husband and I met Gina many years ago when we were involved in a complicated commercial real estate transaction. We wanted to 1031 exchange commercial property into residential properties, so our agent introduced us to Gina. Since then, Gina has bought and sold many properties for us—our own home, as well as numerous rental investment properties. Gina’s real estate expertise and prowess are amazing.
